She'd better get used to getting some press attention when she marries her comedian fiancé next month.

However, we suspect that paddy McGuinness's bride-to-be Christine Martin may not need any pointers in how to behave for the cameras, if these pictures are anything to go by.

The former beauty queen was the centre of attention as she frolicked in the surf in Tenerife yesterday.

And she must have known that the flashbulbs were pointed in her direction as she splashed about, adjusted her barely-there bikini and swished her hair around - as you do.

Christine, 22, is on the largest of the Canary Islands celebrating her last days as a single woman before she marries the Take Me Out host, 37, next month.

She paddled in the waves laughing with her friend as she skipped across the sand.

And she made sure that her enviable assets were on show as she adjusted her bikini bottoms and showed off her plunging bikini top.

Christine, a former Miss Liverpool, appears to be a regular visitor to the island, having been snapped there with McGuinness in January and by the pool at her hotel in December last year.

She has been dating McGuinness for three years and became engaged to him at Christmas 2009 - over a year after they met at the Liverpool International Tennis Tournament, where she was modelling.

The wedding takes place next month, even though McGuinness revealed in January that he wasn't sure if they'd get down the aisle this year.

He said: 'I kinda thought, "Right, we're engaged. Now we're all right for a bit."

'But then Christine's going, "Ooh, so when are we getting married?" and I'm like, "Hang on, we've only just got engaged".'

Last October, he gushed to the Mail On Sunday: 'I lucked out there because she’s such a lovely person.

'What I love about Christine is that though she’s very attractive, she doesn’t flaunt it. In this job, I’ve met lots of girls who do, and it’s not an attractive trait.'
