German aquariums audition replacement for Paul the Octopus in time for Women’s World Cup

Every football fan remembers Paul the Octopus and his psychic abilities.
He became famous across the world last year after he successfully predicted the winners of all of Germany's World Cup clashes in South Africa.
He then went on to correctly predict the final by selecting one of two boxes, each loaded with a mussel food treat and marked on the outside the flag of each team.

Sadly the cephalopod died in October last year but the hunt is now on to try and find a replacement for the Women's tournament which starts tomorrow.
Eight different octopi in Sea Life aquariums across Germany will be tasked with trying to predict outcome of the FIFA World Cup games.
Sixteen teams from across the world will gather in Germany and the pressure will be on for any potential successors.
The aquarium in Oberhausen, which now has a memorial to Paul, has been busy training its latest candidate who the called Ophira.

Ophira, a six-month-old common octopus, arrived in Berlin from a French aquarium and her names means 'gold in Hebrew.
Like Paul, she will make her predictions by picking out a mussel from one of two transparent boxes lowered into her tank and bearing the national flags of the two opposing teams.
'I don't think we will be able to repeat what happened last year,' Oliver Walenciak, a chief biologist at Sea Life in Oberhausen told ABC news.
The new Paul has been introduced to the types of boxes that will be lowered into his tank, but not to one with flags, so as not to prejudice him, Walenciak said.
