It's certainly one way to beat the traffic on a sunny day - when the world and his wife seem to be hogging the highways for a leisurely afternoon drive.
This family launched its £150,000 James Bond style amphibious car-boat onto Cambridgeshire's riverways for a Sunday splash.
The Aquada, which can hit 30mph in water, was seen driving down a slipway and converted from a car into a boat by the touch of a button - before setting sail on the River Great Ouse.

Moira Clelland, 54, captured the amphibious car, which reaches speeds of 100mph on land, on camera as it was 'driven' through the water in front of an excited crowd at St Neots.
She said: 'I saw this yellow dot on the horizon heading towards us along the river. I wasn't sure what it was and then I realised it was a car.
'It was being driven by a man with two young women passengers. They seemed to be having a brilliant time.
'It must have come from the boat yard as otherwise I don't know how they got it onto the river.'

Bond star Roger Moore drove an amphibious white Lotus Esprit underwater in the 1977 film The Spy Who Loved Me.
But drivers using an Aquada at full throttle on the River Great Ouse could land up in trouble as the speed limit on busier sections is just 4mph.
